The brief

From the problem to the fix.

How we approach Web applications, start to finish.

Problem → fixweb-application-development
  1. What slows teams down

Spreadsheets, email threads and off-the-shelf tools that almost fit. Your process has outgrown them, and the workarounds now cost more than the work.

  2. How Pyzon solves it

Many organisations need more than a website: logins, dashboards, role-based access and workflows specific to how they operate. We build custom portals and business systems from the ground up, choosing the right backend (Laravel, Django or Flask) for the job rather than forcing every project into one framework.

Built to ship reliably

Deployed through automated CI/CD (GitHub Actions), not manual FTP uploads. Every update is built, tested and shipped the same way, every time.

Features we've built and run today.

Not a wish list. Each of these is live today in a web applications project we built.

  • A full role hierarchy — super admin, school admin, and student — where before there was no login at all

    Live in Good Character
  • Every attempt saved with its date, time, and score, so a student's full history is never lost

    Live in Good Character
  • Certificates available for download the moment a test is finished, and also emailed automatically

    Live in Good Character
  • An instant, Aadhaar-based lookup showing whether a student has already received help from another NGO on the network, before any new money is approved

    Live in EquiFlow
  • Each NGO gets its own configurable roles and permissions

    Live in EquiFlow
  • Students verify themselves with a one-time code sent to their phone or email

    Live in EquiFlow
  • A warm, custom visual design built around the school's own identity, not a generic template

    Live in Ummeed School
  • Event creation with a Google link attached to each one, so visitors can join or follow along

    Live in Ummeed School
  • Secure online donations with verified payment confirmation

    Good Character OPC

Ethics assessment and character-building platform for schools, students, and individuals.

    The challenge

Before this platform, Good Character OPC's client had a very basic website — not really an application at all. There was no login and no user accounts: a visitor would simply pay and take a test, with no history saved anywhere. If the client ever wanted a report — who took the test, what they scored — they had to contact their old developer and wait, sometimes weeks, for an Excel file to be put together by hand, and even then the data wasn't always consistent. There was no way to track a student over time, no way to serve schools that needed to manage many students at once, and no way for the client to see their own numbers without going back to a developer every time.

    The result

    • The client now has a real application with accounts and history, replacing a site that had neither
    • Reports that used to take weeks to get from a developer are now available to the client instantly, whenever they want them

    EquiFlow

A shared network for NGOs helping students afford admission fees, so the same student isn't funded five times over while others get nothing.

    The challenge

EquiFlow is Pyzon's own product, built after we noticed a real, recurring problem across the NGOs we work with. These NGOs step in to help cover admission fees for students who've qualified for medical or engineering seats — for example, by clearing NEET or JEE — but whose families can't afford the fees on their own. The problem is that a student in this position doesn't apply to just one NGO for help; they apply to several, hoping at least one will cover their fees. Because none of these NGOs could see what the others were doing, the same student could end up receiving fee assistance from four or five different NGOs for the very same admission — even though they only needed one amount to cover it. Meanwhile, another student who was just as unable to afford their fees, but who only knew to apply to one or two organizations, could receive no help at all. The support wasn't going to whoever needed it most; it was going to whoever happened to apply everywhere. With no shared way to check whether a student had already received help elsewhere, this kind of duplication was invisible to every NGO involved, and money that could have helped more students afford their education was instead being spent multiple times on the same ones.

    The result

    • NGOs stop wasting money on repeat fee assistance for the same student, since every organization can now see whether a student has already been helped before approving anything new
    • That saved amount doesn't sit unused — it goes toward helping more students, instead of being spent multiple times on whoever happened to apply to the most NGOs

Ummeed — The Hope Special School

Special-needs school website with online donations and a self-service content manager.

    The challenge

Ummeed — The Hope Special School works with special-needs children, and the school wanted its students and programs to finally have a genuine presence online — a place where the school's work could be represented to the public properly, not just an internal record. Alongside that, they needed a way to create and share events tied to their different programs, accept online donations, and let non-technical staff keep everything updated themselves, without depending on a developer for routine changes.

    The result

    • The school and its students now have a genuine, welcoming presence online, properly representing their programs to the public
    • The site's clean, custom design gives visiting parents and donors a warm, professional first impression, rather than feeling like a generic template

FAQ

Questions about Web applications.

Specific to this service first, then the ones every client asks.

All questions
How do you handle who can see what?

We build role-based access control enforced at the database level, not just hidden buttons in the interface.

Do you build with Laravel?

Yes. Laravel is one of our core backends. Ummeed — The Hope Special School (ummeedschool.org) is a live example built on Laravel 13 with Filament v5.

Do you build with Django?

Yes. Django is one of our core backends. Good Character OPC (goodcharacteropc.com) is a live example, with multi-role, database-enforced access control.

How do we get started?

Fill out the contact form or WhatsApp us with a short description of what you're trying to build — we'll reply within 24 hours to schedule a discovery call.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on scope — a content website is priced differently from a multi-role platform with custom workflows. We provide a clear quote after an initial discovery call, with no hidden costs.

Will I own the code and data?

Yes — the code, database, and content are yours. We build the system; you own what's built.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes — we offer post-launch support and maintenance plans; details are scoped per project.
