Business Automation

Workflows that run themselves: payments verified, documents generated, couriers booked and people notified, wired into the tools you already use.

The brief

From the problem to the fix.

How we approach Business automation, start to finish.

Problem → fixbusiness-automation
  1. What slows teams down

Your team re-types the same data between tools, chases payment confirmations, makes receipts by hand and sends the same messages every day. Every manual step is slow and a place for mistakes.

  2. How Pyzon solves it

We automate the repetitive steps around your core work: an event happens (a payment, an order, a sign-up), the system verifies it, and the right records, documents and messages follow without anyone touching them. Most of our platforms already run workflows like this in production.

    Banarasi Art

Custom-built luxury e-commerce platform for handwoven Banarasi silk sarees.

    The challenge

Banarasi Art built its business the traditional way — in person and through word of mouth — selling handwoven Banarasi silk sarees. The brand wanted to expand beyond that into a genuine online presence, so it could reach customers nationally rather than only those who could visit in person, without losing the premium feel a heritage handwoven product deserves — including getting the finished product to the customer's door reliably.

    The result

    • Banarasi Art now has a genuine online storefront, reaching customers nationally instead of only those who could visit in person
    • Orders are booked and tracked through the courier partner automatically, so shipping doesn't depend on manual follow-up

    Khidmat Charitable Trust

A donation-driven charity website with online payments and an editable content admin panel.

    The challenge

When Khidmat Charitable Trust first came to us, their existing website was built on WordPress using a generic, off-the-shelf template that didn't reflect the trust's own identity or the scale of the programs they run. More seriously, the site was unreliable — it would slow down or become unreachable at times, and page loads were often sluggish even when it was up. For a charitable trust that depends on people completing a donation in the moment they feel moved to give, that's a direct, ongoing loss: a slow or unavailable site at the wrong moment means a donor simply leaves, and that donation never happens. The WordPress setup also meant the trust's own staff were dependent on plugin updates and template limitations for even small content changes, making the site harder to keep current than it should have been.

    The result

    • We made the website significantly faster than the old WordPress site
    • The site is now reliably available, with no more slowdowns or downtime for visitors

    NEET Counselling Platform (mediCareers)

From Aspirations to Admissions — a data-driven NEET-UG counselling platform with a rank-based college predictor and personalised guidance packages.

    The challenge

NEET-UG candidates in India face a confusing, high-stakes college-selection process — thousands of colleges, multiple quota types, and closing ranks that shift every year — where guessing wrong costs a student their year. Before building mediCareers, we looked closely at a number of existing NEET counselling apps and found the same recurring problems: clunky, confusing prediction tools, rigid one-size-fits-all guidance with no real personalisation, and content and pricing that were hardcoded, so the platform's own team couldn't update colleges, packages, or counselling flows without going back to a developer. Students needed more than a rank predictor — they needed a range of guidance options, from a quick self-service check to real 1-on-1 support, presented in a way that was actually easy to use.

    The result

    • Students get a clearer, easier college-prediction experience than the competing apps we benchmarked against during design
    • Students can choose the level of support that fits them — from a free self-service prediction to a paid, personalised counselling package

    Good Character OPC

Ethics assessment and character-building platform for schools, students, and individuals.

    The challenge

Before this platform, Good Character OPC's client had a very basic website — not really an application at all. There was no login and no user accounts: a visitor would simply pay and take a test, with no history saved anywhere. If the client ever wanted a report — who took the test, what they scored — they had to contact their old developer and wait, sometimes weeks, for an Excel file to be put together by hand, and even then the data wasn't always consistent. There was no way to track a student over time, no way to serve schools that needed to manage many students at once, and no way for the client to see their own numbers without going back to a developer every time.

    The result

    • The client now has a real application with accounts and history, replacing a site that had neither
    • Reports that used to take weeks to get from a developer are now available to the client instantly, whenever they want them

FAQ

Questions about Business automation.

Specific to this service first, then the ones every client asks.

All questions
Can you automate the tools we already use?

Usually. If a tool offers an API or webhooks we can connect to it. We confirm exactly what is possible during scoping, before we quote.

What does an automated workflow look like in practice?

On Khidmat Charitable Trust, a donation is confirmed by a Cashfree webhook, a financial-year-numbered tax receipt is generated as a PDF, and it is emailed to the donor, all without staff involvement.

How do we get started?

Fill out the contact form or WhatsApp us with a short description of what you're trying to build — we'll reply within 24 hours to schedule a discovery call.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on scope — a content website is priced differently from a multi-role platform with custom workflows. We provide a clear quote after an initial discovery call, with no hidden costs.

Will I own the code and data?

Yes — the code, database, and content are yours. We build the system; you own what's built.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes — we offer post-launch support and maintenance plans; details are scoped per project.
