The challenge

Mumbai Coding Club teaches full-stack and coding development, and their real problem wasn't attracting students — it was proving they were actually learning. Tech education doesn't work through lectures alone; a student has to practice daily and genuinely master one stage before moving to the next, or gaps compound quickly. Before this platform, educators had no reliable way to see who was actually keeping up day to day. There was no way to stop a student from skipping ahead to content they weren't ready for, no structured way to assign and check daily coding practice, and no easy way to tell which students were quietly falling behind until it was too late. On top of the teaching problem itself, the everyday running of the bootcamp — attendance, leave requests, and eventually helping students prepare for job interviews — all had to be handled separately, with nothing connecting a student's actual learning progress to the rest of their journey through the program.

The result

• Educators can now see, day by day, exactly which students are genuinely progressing and which need extra help, instead of finding out only at the end of a module
• Students can't advance past content they haven't actually completed, so the stage they're marked at reflects real mastery, not just attendance

The challenge

Examyfi is Pyzon's own product, built after talking directly with educators in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology about a problem every coaching institute preparing students for competitive, MCQ-based exams (like NEET and JEE) runs into every single week: creating an accurate test paper. Getting good results depends heavily on consistent, well-targeted weekly practice — but writing a genuinely accurate, well-balanced paper takes real subject expertise and time, and most teachers are already stretched thin just teaching. Some institutes tried hiring dedicated staff purely to set papers, but that adds a real, ongoing cost most institutes can't easily justify. The result, across nearly every institute we spoke to, was the same: teachers under pressure to produce an accurate weekly paper, without the time, dedicated expertise, or budget to do it consistently well.

The result

• Institutes no longer need to hire dedicated staff just to set weekly papers, removing a real recurring cost
• Teachers can build an accurate, well-balanced paper in seconds instead of spending hours writing one from scratch every week

The challenge

MCC Foundation needed a way to run its entire student pipeline — from first enquiry, through application, aptitude testing, and counselling, to enrollment — without stitching together separate marketing, CRM, and testing tools.

The result

• Every enquiry is tracked from first contact through to enrollment, so no applicant quietly falls through the cracks between marketing and admissions
• Applicants fill in only the fields relevant to their own education level, instead of one generic form for everyone

The challenge

Before this platform, Good Character OPC's client had a very basic website — not really an application at all. There was no login and no user accounts: a visitor would simply pay and take a test, with no history saved anywhere. If the client ever wanted a report — who took the test, what they scored — they had to contact their old developer and wait, sometimes weeks, for an Excel file to be put together by hand, and even then the data wasn't always consistent. There was no way to track a student over time, no way to serve schools that needed to manage many students at once, and no way for the client to see their own numbers without going back to a developer every time.

The result

• The client now has a real application with accounts and history, replacing a site that had neither
• Reports that used to take weeks to get from a developer are now available to the client instantly, whenever they want them
